**Phase II - Full applications may be submitted by invitation only, and only by organizations that have completed Phase I (letter of inquiry process). Please note: If a deadline falls on weekend, the due date moves to the preceding Friday. If a deadline falls on a holiday, the due date moves to the closest preceding weekday, prior to the holiday.
***Earliest date funds would be available reflects the earliest date a grant period can commence. The Foundation cannot pay for expenses incurred prior to this time.
